Garden Villa has 2 en suite bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining and covered patio with day bed. Garden Villa is rented independently from the Main Villa up to 30 days prior to arrival provided that the Main Villa is not rented. It includes use of the pool, upstairs deck with seating and covered pagoda, barbeque, and laundry facilities. |

Pick up/drop off at either the jetty or airport and housekeeping 2 times per week in Main Villa and 1 time per week in Garden Villa is included in the reservation. TERMS OF PAYMENT A 25% deposit is required on booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Where a booking is requested 30 days or less before the client's arrival date, full payment must be made to secure the booking. If full payment is not made 30 days prior to the arrival of the client, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit paid. Payment is handled by Property Manager. CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are refundable less a 15% administrative fee only if notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival. Purchasing travel insurance is suggested. |
